Located only a few short miles north of Ensenada in the quiet surfer town of El Sauzal...

 

This hostel was the perfect get-away from the high energy
lifestyle of The Hype!  We spent the evening cooking steaks & playing
Trivia Pursuit with the other travellers, while I worked on a few
of The Don's Digi-Cam shots.

I didn't mind hanging around 4 a couple of days, however, time didn't permit & we were due back @ The LVBP shortly, thereafter.  Before calling it a night, The Hype Team & I goofed off with a few title shots, which I am pretty sure, you'll enjoy.  The next day began with a delicious home cooked Mexican breakfast & an outdoor ocean view shower 4 two.  "The Kidd" & "The Don" didn't mind modeling 4 my camera, until I decided 2 shoot from a birds eye view.  Don't worry guys, there was nothing 4 anybody 2 see in the first place...

I did a lot of thinking @ Hostel Sauzal.  I thought about my life, my photography & of course, The PHOTOhype.com web site.  I thought about this PHOTOtrip 2 Mexico as well as the upcoming WINTERhype Project.  I thought about Hermosa Beach, my wild summer @ The LVBP & all the people I met throughout the entire course of this once innocent photography project about my strange brew of international friends.  I also thought about Year 6, Mr. Rags, The 1995 Road Trip & all the original crusaders of The Hype! (Anchorage, Alaska 1991-1995).
  Gosh!   I miss them all.  I miss having regular friends & the ability 2 make a complete sentence without using the words: e-mail, photography or web site.  Now, don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE what I'm doing.  Building The PHOTOhype.com web site is like a dream come true. -GEOhype, Alaska
