Emma Andrews is a bubble of energy.  Her smile makes you laugh and her laugh makes you smile.  'Little Miss Giggles', she is often called.  We were on this road trip around the United States, when I took this photo.  Not even the rain could put a damper on her spirits.  Instead, it fueled her flight through the streets of New Orleans. -Ric Higgins, USA
