well guys...finally here and after a months very hard work
from the day I got here till yesterday at 4pm...working from 9am
till ten, sometimes midnight and at the end till 2am, we finally
have the pub part of our building up and running and opened it
unofficially last night! The official opening will be in the
summer when we have both the pub and the lounge area and I'll let
you all know so you can come and have a pint with me.
Well, last
night went really well, everyone that walked through that door got a
free pint and thomas my partner got through about the same amount
himself! Alison was to be collecting glasses but ended up
sitting at the bar all night chatting and I was the honoured
barmaid! Loved, absolutely loved being back behind the bar
again, I was on a roll and we didnt stop serving till gone
2am! We had a really good crowd in, good craik, good beer
(apparantly!) good looking barmaid...hahahahahahahaaha, we even had
an ad on the local pirate station saying all that and this morning
we got up and spend some of the earnings on a good big hearty Irish
breakfast which was well needed as we didnt eat all day yesterday.
Anyway, off to put up the cristmas deccies now!
