Dearest Geo, "I don't know if you remember me or not", but I am the adorable cheerleader from The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle. Remember you took shots of me? I am the one with the long brown hair, the only cheerleader who actually wasn't a cheerleader in real life. I must admit that I have only e-mailed you like twice since I met you and I called you once to ask you for some ideas for my photography project. But, I must tell you that I am incredible sad to here that you will not be sending out any more group e-mails. Really, I am. I enjoy hearing about The Adventures of Josh and Jules, and getting pictures of GEOhype and hearing about all your adventures. Since I am a college student who struggles to save all the money that I make, and since I spend the majority of my time locked in my dorm room studying, I don't get to go out and have the adventures that you do. I love the fact that through you I get to experience more of the world and the people who live in it on a weekly basis. If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't even know one thing about a youth hostel, or anything of the sort. I told you that I really want to get down to see your photo gallery in Hermosa Beach at the Hostel. I still want to and I was thinking about coming this weekend or the next. I just turned 20 on Jan 8, and my boyfriend asked me what I wanted to do. I want to go to the pier in Santa Monica. Is Hermosa Beach anywhere around there? Or maybe, I could just make a little trip down there on a separate occasion. I would like you to be there and show us around. Do you think you could give me the address and directions from Orange County (Chapman University)???? Geo, What am I going to do without your letters and your pictures. Your work affects more people than you know and I am wondering if you are going to receive anymore e-mails of this nature. I know you have a website, so could you e-mail me with the address once more??? PLEASE??? I guess since you are not going to be sending out any more group e-mails I will just have to log on to The PHOTOhype.com web site. It sounds like you had a lot of fun in Alaska. Wish I could've gone and shot some rolls of film with you. I absolutely love photography. Wow. That letter was full of stuff & I hope I didn't wear you out too much. With love and respect,
